Rates are as follows:

FULLY HOSTED

Fully hosted parties include the theatre location (3Peace Studios), an agreed upon theme, decorations, basic sheet cake or basic dessert for guests (can include simple writing and design), pizza or equivalent for guests, snacks for guests, non-alcoholic beverages for guests, small prizes or gift bags for guests and agreed upon activities.

$800 -Fully Hosted 3.5 hour Party for 5-20 Guests (1 Host), $50 each additional half hour

$1000 –Fully Hosted 3.5 hour Party for 21-40 Guests (1 Host, 1 Helper), $60 each additional half hour

$1500 –Fully Hosted 3.5 hour Party for 41-60 Guests (1 Host, 2 Helpers), $70 each additional half hour

$2000 –Fully Hosted 3.5 hour Party for 61-100 Guests (1 Host, 3 Helpers), $80 each additional half hour

HOSTED

Hosted parties include providing activities and the theatre location for the duration of the event.

$500 -Hosted 3.5 hour Party for 5-20 Guests (1 Host), $40 each additional half hour

$600 –Hosted 3.5 hour Party for 21-40 Guests (1 Host, 1 Helper), $50 each additional half hour

$825 –Hosted 3.5 hour Party for 41-60 Guests (1 Host, 2 Helpers), $60 each additional half hour

$1175 –Hosted 3.5 hour Party for 61-100 Guests (1 Host, 3 Helpers), $70 each additional half hour

PARTIALLY HOSTED

Partially Hosted parties include rental of the theatre and assisting for the duration of the party. 

$350 -Partially Hosted 3.5 hour Party for 5-20 Guests (1 Host), $30 each additional half hour

$400 –Partially Hosted 3.5 hour Party for 21-40 Guests (1 Host, 1 Helper), $40 each additional half hour

$500 –Partially Hosted 3.5 hour Party for 41-60 Guests (1 Host, 2 Helpers), $50 each additional half hour

$650 –Partially Hosted 3.5 hour Party for 61-100 Guests (1 Host, 3 Helpers), $60 each additional half hour

Add-Ons:

$100 Invitations and RSVP –We will design, create, help distribute and further handle the invitations for your event.

$75 Additional Cake –If you would like an additional cake or if you would like to add a cake to Hosted Only or Partially Hosted Only Party

$50 Specialty Cake –This is in addition to any basic cake fees. Specialty Cakes are individualized and are better aligned with the theme of the party or event.

$50 Additional Helper –This is for 3.5 hours with an additional host if you request more supervision or assistance for your party.
